This apartment is perfect in every way! The location is ideal for walking to the many Champagne Houses in Epernay, or taking the train to Reims, or driving to the grand views in the local vineyards (and conveniently parking in the nearby covered garage).

The apartment includes every convenience imaginable... Lovely dishes and cookware in the kitchen, delightful sitting areas, designer lighting, a very comfortable bed, a wonderful large shower with plenty of hot water, and shelf space everywhere for your personal items... and even umbrellas to use, if there is rain! Severine and Cédric have thought of every detail to provide a superior travel experience.

The apartment is situated in a neighborhood with your choice of boulangeries, fromageries, charcuteries, wine shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. You will not have enough days to enjoy all the pleasures of this apartment and Epernay.

Firstly the owners Séverine & Cédric couldn’t have been nicer…two really lovely down to earth local people. They met us at the apartment and showed us everything and were available to answer any questions during our stay.

The Résidence Champenoise Lancelot Rouyer is a lovely 1st floor apartment close to the centre of Épernay. It is well equipped and spotlessly clean with everything you need for our stay.

The apartment was stunning, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped.
It is situated close to the centre and Avenue de Champagne, however the building is very quiet and very secure.
Séverine and Cedric were the perfect hosts, easy to communicate with very helpful recommendations for places to eat, visit, etc.

Je vous conseille cet appartement pour visiter Epernay et Reims.
Très agréable, avec une très belle décoration, une literie top et une très bonne situation géographique (centre-ville d’Epernay).

This is apt is centrally located and a 5 min walk to Moet & Chandon.  The apt is exceptionally clean & stylish decor with all mod cons and everything you would need for a vacation at Epernay. We had an amazing time and had the best host. They were very helpful, kind, and responded quickly to all my questions. The apartment is located in a good area and was very clean and comfortable. There is parking available as well. We would recommend this place and stay again.
